OTHELLO FAIR & RODEO IN OTHELLO, WASHINGTON

The County Fair is a place for everyone to enjoy something. Our 2009 fair will provide entertainment to meet the interests of many of the people and cultures who visit the fair.

Our fair really has Something to “Crow” About, with many local talents gracing our stage. Our very own “Adams County Has Talent” will be hosted and coordinated by Derek Gerber. Entertaining us again this year are the Rock’ N B Cloggers with fast and exciting dance numbers. Karaoke will be back this year, hosted and coordinated by Ryan Keele. Also Ryan Keele and Taffie Wright will be singing at special times during this year’s fair. Back again this year is John Dunnigan from Montana who plays country and blues on guitar, harmonica, and banjo. His songs will make you think, laugh, and put a smile on your face. The Fast Track kid’s tractor pull will again test the strength and agility of our youth. Something to “Crow” About is having the Horse Pulling Contest to entertain you. Back again this year are Jim and Kathy Lomax, with their horses Dick and Doc pulling the wagon and giving rides around the fairgrounds. The Davis Carnival will have spectacular and thrilling rides and games for all ages.

The Adams County Fair Board would like to thank Adams County, The City of Othello and the surrounding communities for the support they have shown for promoting the Adams County Fair. The fair cannot be a success without the involvement of many. It takes a lot of money, time, and volunteers to create a show everyone finds worthwhile to attend.

The objective of the Adams County Fair Board shall be to promote, develop, exhibit and improve the wholesome values of agriculture, livestock production, business, industry and home life of the people of Adams County of the State of Washington by: the holding and conducting of the fair's exhibits, entertainments and other educational activities and programs in the furtherance of the aforementioned objectives; the building of good fellowship, good sportsmanship and good citizenship of young and old; and to encourage the conservation of natural resources, especially the soil and water for our future generation of Adams County residents.

Thank you again for the continuing support.
