The Finance Department is responsible for providing financial information and technology services for the City.  Responsibilities include: all financial reporting, City budget preparation, budget controls and budget forecasting, cash flow, investment management, grant management, fixed asset management, debt management, risk management, accounts payable, payroll and related reporting, personnel benefits, auditing and internal controls procedures to provide safe keeping of all city assets.  Finance also does invoicing for miscellaneous fees, LID's, and special assessments; The Finance Department monitors and maintains the City’s computer network and equipment.
